The following is a list of influences that have in some way shaped my writing and my worldview, which is very much directed toward a search for Truth instead of merely defending a pet ideology, and in dealing graciously toward those who disagree. We are all mistaken in some way, so it is paramount for me to find those areas where I am, with humility and for my own betterment as a person.

I also believe that we all have the responsibility to dream of a better tomorrow, but to also allow pragmatism to evaluate the efficacy of our dreams.
